The hamster's soooooo cute miki! And cinxxx, if anyone knows where to get it, it's miki I have the original Japanese (no subs) myself so can't be of help there. Although Miki, is there an english translation for this series out there? Or is it crappy like the one that exists for the documentary? Hmmm, maybe that can be the other "project" can do for you....

Yes...cuteness up against which your are powerless beady eyes you can't resist...lol
The Malaysian has English subs...don't know how crappy they are as I don't have this version. But I own Love 2000 and the subs are not 1A English language standard...but it's OK...

You can see a sample of my translation of the ending of "Nisen Nen No Koi (Love 2000)" in the thread here if you'd like to check it out. Again, if you feel it's up to par, we can discuss to do the entire series.

Thanks to the serial spammer for bringing this topic back to life.
I first watched it on Crunchy Roll (and have it FAVOURITED) and I just recently bought the series.
U AH!! EPISODE FIVE!! No way in the world can anyone take Samanosuke seriously any longer. Sammy and Takeshi, I love you both, but hello.. MEOW!! So much CUTE!! ;D
No. He's NOT doing his voice work for Samanosuke Akechi. That's what it LOOKS like to the untrained eye. What's really going on is that he's listening to me whisper sweet nothings to him.
