Don't miss it! www.interviewmagazine.com/Yess! This magazine is called 'Interview' and is the US issue version--it has Takeshi featured in it--4 pages with an interview--all in English!!!  They're available at Borders and Barnes & Noble bookstores. Try your other area stores, too. But, if you have a Borders in your area--give them a call and have them reserve a copy for you. They hold reserves for 3 days--so, you have time to pick your copy up if you can't get there right away! I have my copy and it's awesome!! They should have used Takeshi on the cover instead!  But, do hurry and get this magazine for your Takeshi collection. My area Borders store only had 4 copies to their name. What are you waiting for?? Go--go---goooo!  |

I had to call 4 bookstores before I found a copy of the Interview mag. and I asked them to hold it for me.(good thing, all the copies were gone by the time I got there..) Yes, it is awesome - I love the pic of TK in a suit and barefoot. Thanks for the headsup!

Jadedragon - Thank you so much for posting these pics so that all of us unable to get our hands on this magazine can see them! (i'd love to have got it but they don't publish it here in England..grr!  ) i especially love the ones of him barefoot in a suit and with the buttons of his shirt opened yum Is it me, or does he look abit sleepy in one or two of them? a little puffy round the eyes (esp. in the first one)? hmm |

Jadedragon: I just wanted to thank you as well for posting the beautiful pics of TK from the Interview Mag. article about him.
And thanks, Ocilef2000, for giving the heads up about the article in the June Interview Mag. I'm near a very urban center where there's lots of newsstands full of national and international newspapers and periodicals. I'll leave now and go see if there happens to be an issue left at one of these stands so I too can have the luck of snapping it up! *Sigh*

one of the members at creme de asie is offering a free copy of the magazine. you have to play a game to win, though. if you really want a copy why not try since it's free? it's for fans outside of the u.s. and canada. you have to be a registered member of that forum to play the game. the link: s2.invisionfree.com/la_creme_d_asie/index.php?showtopic=1736&st=0&i came back to clarify, so as not to cause confusion, that the member at creme de asie is offering the game for the free magazine to *NON* u.s. and canadian fans only. she's trying to give the european and asian fans a chance for the magazine since they can't buy it in their own countries. |

Oh, and the *May* issue of Interview Mag. is *still* what's out at newsstands around here!  Fortunately, my roommate has kindly offered to pick up a June issue of it for me when it comes out soon, as he works near a lot of international newsstands and I'm quite a ways from the city during the work week. I am so looking forward to having this issue with the lovely TK pics and, undoubtedly, neat interview of him. |

In addition--here's my version of a 'Posting pics with your messages' tutorial--Many thanks to TickTake for her link. Whichever works for you guys--happy posting! Step 1: Register for free at www.photobucket.com Step 2: Be sure you have your pictures on file or saved to a folder--you know--those pics that we downloaded from the net? Step 3: When you log in to Photobucket--you get to a page where you can upload your photos. The page walks you through the process of uploading the photos. Click on 'Browse'--and your folder of photos will open up--you can make your choices from there--following photobucket's simple walk-thru. Then your photos will be shown as an album form--with each photo showing options available as to what you want to do with it. Step 4: click on the box under the photo you wish to post, and scroll down to where it shows the option...GENERATE HTML AND IMG CODE. Click on that and a page will appear showing you different options for posting your pics. Step 5: I usually choose--IMG IMAGES FOR MESSAGE BOARDS. Left click-- and highlight the whole sentence; then-- right click and click on 'copy'. Step 6: Go to the forum and type out your message first---then, to add the photo--right click-- and click on 'paste'--the IMG code will automatcially be pasted --and that is your pic when posted. Of course, check out the preview first before posting--to note that you have the actual pic you want in the message, and if there is any other additional text you would like to put in before the actual posting. Step 7: Enjoy posting your pics! I hope this helps. Pls. let me know if you need further info. |
