Windysgirl, you simply MUST check out Onimusha! I don't know if anyone has posted the link to this yet, but this is the opening movie for "Onimusha 3: Demon Siege." It's the most gorgeous CG animation you will EVER SEE! Of course, it doesn't hurt that Takeshi is front and center now does it? If you want to know the set up (and don't read Japanese!) Samanosuke must stop a Genma (demon) army from reaching Oda Nobunaga! BTW, the shippu is the second magic weapon he uses (with the power of wind.)

Hi lisab and MissCarlos - I must admit that since I made that posting I have received and viewed the Onimusha (making of dvd that Webmaster has for sale) and my curiosity is definitely piqued. I have asked a friend if he will let me borrow his playstation and I'm thinking of trying to rent the game. The only thing is I really don't play video games - don't know how to use the controllers. I would really like to watch someone else play the game though. Still working on that. Hopefully soon. Thanks, WG

Wow, Takeshi's face and Donnie Yen's body- that combo is enough for me to want to start playing video games!!! I, like Windysgirl, am clueless to the video game world, but it's never too late, right?? My ex used to play alot and I used to like to watch, but never picked up the controls...So WG I'm with you, I think I'd like to watch someone play Onimusha.
