I've always wondered about him and his wearing of glasses. Are they prescription? Or he only wears them now and then or only when he feels like it or when he reads that his character wears glasses? Pause at the end |

I don't think he wears eyeglasses that have a prescription. The glasses are probably just for his roles so they must have just clear lenses on the ones he puts on when he acts. He looks like a cute nerd when he has them on. ;D

Ya think?I wear glasses and when I firts got them, I felt like people were gonna laugh at me for wearing 'em. Ever since I saw that my bass idol wears glasses now and then, I've felt better. 16 years later, I still wear glasses. And HE can make wearing glasses look dang good. Same with Takeshi.

I've wondered about that as well. Especially when I read how much he spends time on the computer and playing video games. Really bad on the eyes! But he's one of the few lucky folks where he just looks even more sexy with glasses! AND as a person whose been "four eyes" since the fifth grade, I'm glad that eyewear is fashionable these days and there are many cool styles to choose from  |

If he were to play video games close to the TV, sure it'll muck up your sight. Other than that, no damage. OMG!! Unless.. you.. like.. sit close to the TV when you were younger.. *ahem* That's why I have glasses.
The computer I can see.
Now, Takeshi. Close your eyes before you try my glasses on. Seriously.

His response? THAT'S EXACTLY WHY I DON'T WHERE THEM!!
I say, well.. even when you're NOT wearing 'em, you STILL look good.

Takeshi looks cool and smart with glasses. I am nearsighted (myopia) ever since I was 14, so I need to wear glasses, but I don't really wear them! I just wear them when I watch films and when I drive. It bothers me to wear glasses not only because how they're in the way but I don't feel like I look good in them. Ha ha. I've been reading about contacts and laser eye surgery for the future. We're free to dream. |

I'm thinking that TK might wear glasses for reading really small print only or maybe when he's reading his script, but besides that I don't know.

No, it's not a bad thing cuz farsighted folks only need glasses to read small or fine print so you don't have to wear it all the time. The trouble is when it gets worse, you have to wear it for anything you need to look closely at like when you're eating.

^ that's correct, and the lenses become thicker and thicker so you end up looking like an owl with your glasses!
