No one is online again? I just finished watching "Nisennen no Koi" (aka Love 2000.) I was glued in front of my TV sitting on the edge of my chair for the last 15 minutes (last episode) with tears streaming down my face! Kanashii yo! Wahh!!!! (so sad!) |

I was hoping someone would be online so could talk about the J-drama I just saw and followed some threads on it. (very interesting reads!) I'm speechless at this point as to how to put my feelings into words in English  |

I returned "Love 2000" earlier tonight and the lady at the video store said, "Wait, I have something on hold for you here." and went to the back. Was confused since didn't recall putting anything on hold and she came back with the "Kamisama Mou Sukoshidake" TV series!!  I actually gave a high pitched squealed (LOL) thanking her and asking how did she know I was looking for it. She said the lady who helped my last week saw my list of movies/TV series in my hand and figured that would be next on my search list so she called the other chain stores and found it and had it sent to their location  She did warn me if I thought the ending to "Love 2000" was sad, I should have a box of tissues on hand for this one.  |

^ awe that was nice of them to save it for you. i have that drama and i love it....i cried a bucket of tears.
i really want to see love 2000, but i don't think there are any copies out there with english subtitles, at least that's what i've heard, plus i've looked and haven't been able to find any. i don't think i can wait for the subtitles....god knows when that will be....i don't need to follow the story, i can just drool over takeshi.
i've been buying so many tk movies lately that i told myself i was going to slow down a bit, but i may just break down and buy the drama from the webmistress. i think i'm up to 20....is that crazy??

Mental note to self: do NOT watch "Kamisama mou sukoshidake" late at night. The series came in video tapes and there's 4 altogether with 3 episodes per tape. Just finished watching tape #2 and was misty-eyed on some parts. Heaven only knows how much more tears I'll be shedding when I view tape #3! LOL...
I'm curious, is that really Takeshi-san playing the piano? I heard he can play guitar and a bit piano....

OMG Kris, just finished watching tape #3 where they just missed seeing each other at the airport!! I was SO pissed off at that character (what's her name....drat, can't think of it! She was the younger sister of Lisa who died) that I actually stood up and yelled, "You lying b**ch!!" LOLOL....

lmao, i can't remember, but i probably did something similar also. she was so a B**CH for lying to them like that....i felt so bad for both keigo and masaki for they both thought they were abandoned by the other.

I know!! I was all like "Argh! Look over to the other side...hurry, hurry!" I must've been a bit loud since my room mate popped her head in my room and asked what I was getting so upset about LOL  And the last 2 eps? I thought for sure at the hospital "oh no, this is it. she's not gonna make it." But as we all know in most Asian dramas there is a twist For those who haven't watched this series, won't spoil it but will say it was good. Just make sure you have tissues with you. |

This happen every time, best days 1 or 2 people on line, sami was right, we have to organize "All online Event", so we can do more things that just reading and writing silly stuff... But is just an idea.. ;D

i think it's hard for most of us to be online at the same time because we're spread all over the place.....where it may be day for me could be night for others. and another thing, we don't have very many active members here.....i think that would help alot if we did. the other forum i go to we have members from the states to canada, uk all the way to the phillipines and there's always a min. of 7-8 members online the majority of the time....the reason being we have close to about 75 members who post regularly.
