Revitalise This Forum?

Hi everyone,

What do you think about revitalising this forum? There seems to be quite some interest here judging from the number of visitors. I find this open forum here rather interesting. Can we just carry on here without the webmaster? (Understand that webmaster has abandoned this site).

At the moment, it is just "sputtering" with only random posts here and there. Maybe, with more participation, it will come alive again?

I find this forum user friendly, access easy and all comments are in the open.

As long as we keep the atmosphere healthy, I believe we will not do any injustice to webmaster.

I agree Sofia. Good idea. I think we need open and relaxed and FUN forum for Takeshi. We need to come together. Maybe we can set up a list of people who will agree to post news regularly? Miss Carlos is doing some work already! Thank you Miss carlos. A lot of people come here.

It may be true that many people still visit this site since it still pops up at No: 1 when you google for a TK forum. But if you look at this thread here you can see the posts are not read at all, this thread here had 28 hits so far...not much.
The structure of this board is becomimg more and more fuzzy since everybody opens a new thread here and there. It has been a very good board but without a webmaster...well, it's not that "user friendly" anymore.
1. Maybe someone should contact the former webmistress and ask her if she allows someone to take over the board. A webmaster/mistress is essencial IMO.
2. Sandra, the above mentioned webmistress still has her own blog. But her interest in TK has dwindled so don't expect too much from her what TK news is concerned.

3. I'm sure that Miss Carlos will give you the link to her TK forum too.
4. Some if this boards' members and same of the old la creme d'asie board created a new site. Most sections are open now and you don't have to become a member to read the news. Some section are only for members (clips, magazines, translations)

OMG you have too many IMOs miki ;D. You spam all the time so people know your website. You do not have to reply to every reply here. Relax. Let people post here freely.

I think some people like this structure and think it is user-friendly because it is an open forum. there are not much posts but the people are nice and not bossy.

Lol...you better relax. I'm fine, thanks for your concern. Must be an old "fan" of mine...I guess I have a slight clue who you might be.
I'm not spamming, I'm just advertising the same way the webmistress of this forum did before at the old la creme forum. Nine of my posts (my posts as member incl.) had the URL of our forum. If that's your definition of spamming...OK. Some of the members at the new forum are quite "thankful" that I gave them the link to the new one. I'm not "killing" this forum with my advertising, I would never ever try to invade it if it was intact and still running properly.

So, go ahead...don't just sit around and let others do the work. Find news, translate yourself and/or ask people to translate them for the people here. Create something instead of asking others.
If you read my last post correctly you can clearly see that I gave four choices and just one IMO...take one of the other three and stop shouting at me. That's always rude and most of the time shows some intellectual deficits ...I'm open and although I'm using a guest account here, I'm not as coward as you and at least give away my screenname.

And one last word...whatever you might think of me...SimplyTK is a good forum. Not because of me, not at all, but because of the translators and designers we have, because of members who are active and participate. It can't be that bad, huh? ;D

So, take your chill pill GUEST...and please don't answer my post unless you have the guts to write as a member. Moaning and critizising anonymously is sneaky and poor-spirited.
