YOWZA, YOWZA!! He's a very beautiful boy! Thanks Veronica. Does anyone know if TK is playing two different characters in this movie or the same character at different stages in life? All the photos I've seen have him looking either a bit nerdy, or really suave.

Thanks for clearing that up for me Veronica! What a testament to TK's talent that the subtilties of his performance can be captured in single snapshots! I REALLY can't wait to see this movie now! But since I'm sure the movie doesn't have a snowball's chance in Hades of playing in a Cineplex near me, I'll just have wait patiently until I can purchase it on DVD. UGH!!

Welcome to the wonderful world of DVD technology! If your viewing patterns are anything like mine Veronica, you'll find the pause function most helpful. Especially during, ahem....TK close ups!

I have a strong feeling that Perhaps Love will also be released in the US--like HOFD--but, at a later time--again, like HOFD. I think, it being a joint Asian/American venture--it will definitely be released here. Wouldn't it be great if the cast where to do a tour here in the US? Pure Heaven!!

I soooooo hope you're right Jadedragon. I didn't know it was a joint venture so that's promising. I've also heard that 2046 is supposed to be released in the US later this year (hopefully if either of these films see the light of day in this country, it won't be just in limited release). I'm just a little pessimistic because of the pattern I've seen with Asian movies being released in the US. Just about everyone I can think of in recent memory has had martial arts in it -- HOFD, Hero, Crouching Tiger..., Kung Fu Hustle, Iron Monkey, even Shaolin Soccer. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE martial arts movies, but I love variety even more. Asian cinema is so diverse, but the Hollywood studios are only willing to divvy out a small piece to American audiences. It was so frustrating for me when Infernal Affairs was released in the US. I kept reading all of these great reviews for the film and was so hyped to see it until, lo and behold, I found out it was only being released in New York and L.A. Entertainment Weekly even included the movie on their "Must List" which was an absolute joke since most of their readership didn't have access to the film. I hope the tide will soon turn.
