en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Takeshi_KaneshiroTakeshi Kaneshiro is well-known for choosing quirky and offbeat roles, spanning across many genres. Although his exquisite good looks could easily have typecast him into playing banal romantic leads, Kaneshiro has deliberately chosen roles that defy facile categorization.
A boring romantic? Nay. The man can play the lover in so many different ways....and not be the same in each! I think the reason why he says he's still learning is because he picks the different characters. If he were to choose the same types of characters over and over again, he would master that and have nothing to learn. Smart man, very smart indeed. I wonder if he ever knew that his need or taste or choice for variety would be one of the things that he would be known for....

That particular site is run by FANS and they only post up what they read/hear so only take the info with a grain of salt.
There's a LOT of misinformation about my favourite Resident Evil character, Carlos Oliveira.

Run by fans? No way! Well, however it is run, it appears as though they got it right with TK. I suppose because the information looks like it was copied from other sources.
At any rate, i thought it would be fun to talk about what the article said about him......

That particular site is run by FANS and they only post up what they read/hear so only take the info with a grain of salt. There's a LOT of misinformation about my favourite Resident Evil character, Carlos Oliveira. news.baou.com/main.php?action=recent&rid=20675"There is a problem with the structure of Wikipedia. The basic problem is that no one, neither the Trustees of Wikimedia Foundation, nor the volunteers who are connected with Wikipedia, consider themselves responsible for the content," said Daniel Brandt.......... .........Now another story suggesting that Wikipedia is out of control emerges. Some months ago, OfficialWire published an article about untrue postings on Wikipedia, by Christian Wirth also known as RaDMan. Shortly after the devastating earthquake and tsunamis on December 26, 2004 in the Indian Ocean, Wirth took upon himself to wage a war against QuakeAID Foundation, Inc. Wirth's arsenal consisted of untrue, libelous writings that he and Wikipedia published as fact. All attempts, by QuakeAID's founder, to correct the untrue comments were re-edited, blocked or labelled as 'untrue' by a group of volunteers, who hold themselves untouchable and above the law.......... ......QuakeAID (is) not alone. Wikipedia cannot hold itself out as quintessential authority and deny responsibility and accountability. Likewise, to accept postings without vetting or cross-checking the material (not merely searching Google as Wikipedia's volunteers do) opens Wales and his 'Foundation' up to legal action, regardless of their published disclaimer. Indeed, to suggest that such a disclaimer affords any protection at all is nonsense. The first line of their disclaimer says it all: "General disclaimer – Use Wikipedia at your own risk". Until Seigenthaler learned of the untrue statements about him, he was not a user......... .........As a direct result of the most recent debacle, Wikipedia has stopped "Anonymous" users from creating new articles. That's a start, but registration on the website can consist of providing an email address and false name, so they have a great deal of work to do before anyone should consider the content found on Wikipedia credible........ So I wonder who is worse, IMDB or Wikipedia? lol...or anyone else for that matter. Every time I turn around someone is telling me "that's not entirely true....." Well hell..... Thanks Miss Carlos. I'm not a big Wikipedia user but the stuff I have come across hasn't been anything of the nature in the above article. I'm just glad I know enough about TK to know that his article isn't entirely bogus.... I suppose I shouldn't believe a thing about TK unless he tells me himself.... Well, I guess I'll just have to ask him then!

I suppose I shouldn't believe a thing about TK unless he tells me himself.... Well, I guess I'll just have to ask him then! I think that's the way to go... i've lost faith with IMDB... anyone can edit Wikipedia... i'll just wait for Takeshi or his management to confirm his whereabouts or his future commitments...
