What IS the name of the first period movie that TK did? I was viewing the photos and there was a challenge to guess. I don't know, but would like to. Takeshi looks so dashing in period costumes - don't you think?

Hey--Windysgirl. Got the answer yet? It's actually not a period film--but seems like it since Takeshi was dressed like a holy person/guru/monk. The film is called 'The Executioners'--and he has a costarring role in it--as a cult leader- for- peace-- in a post apocalyptic Asian city---but is being manipulated by the bad guys. It showcases the 3 main stars more--who are popular actresses--Michele Yeoh, Anita Mui, and Maggie Cheung-in their roles as a trio of defenders of justice and champions against evil (the usual 'super-hero' creed). If nothing else--it's worth seeing Takeshi's very cute wholesome image!

Hi jadedragon - thanks for the reply and answer to my question. It's been ages and I forgot about it - no one else responded. I guess either everyone didn't know the answer or thought I would figure it out myself - which I did in my research on everything TK. How are you? Have you been able to start that portrait of Jin that you, Tatiana and I spoke about? Thanks again, Windysgirl
