hmmmm... he would have made a good leading man, desert guy oposite ziyi in crouching tiger hidden dragon. that guy sucked... i couldnt even remember his face... but nice character for TK... wish... wish... I just rewatched CTHD last night and thought, wow, TK would have been great as Lo the desert bandit and going thru the forum this a.m. Chinky Eyes already thought this!!!! Eerie....Of course the first time I watched CTHD, I didn't know TK existed.. |

Takeshi would be a great Mulder, especially in THE X FILES' early days, when Mulder was falling apart with guilt and completely alone (he had just met Scully). He also could be Elrond (remember, elves doesn't age like humans, in fact, they can't die, so he could play Liv Tyler's father). Ah, Orlando Bloom doesn't look like Takeshi Kaneshiro. But Legolas and Jing are similar characters. So, that's why a lot of people think Takeshi and Orli are similars.

I think it would've been interesting to see TK play the role that Olivier Martinez played in "Unfaithful" - YIKES! Could you imagine him in that role? If you did not see this movie, the role was very steamy/sexy, a young man who has an affair with a married woman and the whole story afterwards gets pretty intense as well.
