That could just be a sign of nervousness, you tend to shiver or get a bit hot when you do, then your noise starts to run a bit. ;D I have noticed that he was so uncomfortable when there are strangers around especially when there are lots ppl. He looked very nervous when he was doing the PL promo, one time as he was walking down the red carpet, screaming fans on both sides, he started to tap his fingers on his own thigh, shaky hand, signs of nervousness. He seems more relax this time round though making this new movie, maybe he has been laying low for too long last time. ;D Good point Jean. You know, now that makes me wonder if the nervousness aspect is closely related to his chain smoking habit? Kinda makes you wonder if he smokes less when relaxing. And this is totally unrelated to what we're chatting here but I just noticed I have one more dancing monster which makes it 5! And my title has jumped to "Senior Takeshi Fan"  Wow, didn't realize I was THAT chatty! LOLOLOL....  |

Jean, you've got a point here. I think you could be right in saying that Takeshi-san's nevousness could be due to him having stayed away from the public/outside world far too long. I believe I can safely say this 'cos, I am having a similar personal experience. After an accident which left me partially paralysed, I was so devasted and disappointed that I totally cut myself off from the outside world for a few years (the time also happened to be my physical rehab years). But now when I am ready to join society again, I find that I am as nervous as hell everytime I walked out of the door and I would feel most nervous and uncomfortable when I am near lots of people. It is just some feeling which we cannot control. sukyin, sorry to hear what happened, so sre you OK now? It just need to get use to, it takes time, you should be fine.  TK has a kind of phobia with ppl anyway, so its different for him, he said it runs in his family. He dislikes crowded places, likes to stay indoors. But likes to go out when he feels like though, which he cant b/c of his fame, this does bother him, no freedom. |

Konnichiwa, Thanks for the links. Love the pix. To bad I don't read ÒÔϼ¸ÕÅ»á·ñ»îÆÃÐí¶à. I like that Take is shy - it makes him even more charming! I wouldn't want him to ever change.  The only thing I don't understand is if he's so shy how can he do those love scenes. Don't get me wrong I love to watch ;D, but as an actor (and shy) they must be hard to do, I guess that's what makes him a good actor. What do you think...  |

Wow !! Thanks so much. The lyrics are beautiful. It reminds me of a friend of mine in Okinawa.
But if only I could access the music. Did try to, but my p.c warned me against it.
So gave up. I am sure with the music, it would have been much more beautiful.

Always been since I was a kid. I'm more outgoing as an adult although I know I tend to "dress down" (i.e. no make-up, flashy clothes, etc.) still to not draw attention to myself. Old habits are hard to break I guess Few of my closeset and oldest friends say I'm an oxymoron: how can a person be outgoing yet reserved at the same time?! LOL.... I'm sure Takeshi-san knows the answer to this as do I |

I'm mixed introvert with extrovert, but I'd say for me, the edge goes to introvert, even by just a little margin. But once I get to know someone, then I now become outgoing. It all depends, in my case. It's really possible. |
