I was searching through MySpace.com and ran across Takeshi's space...is that really him??!!  I don't think he'll get on MySpace..but who knows?? Someone please enlighten me with the truth! |

By the way...there are hundreds of Takeshi's on MySpace..it will take some time, the picture posted of him is the one from the HOFD premiere at Cannes..

Hey Akgurl, When i first read your post i was like 'omigod!' and ran straight over to myspace.com to see for myself. I found the space that i think you're talking about  My initial response was: 'Nooooo way could this really be him..could it?'.. but after i read it through and thought about it, i don't know. I mean, he used to write reguarly in an online diary so we know that he doesn't mind being on the net. He also is said to spend heaps of time online - surfing and gaming and stuff - i also once read that he sometimes reads fans forums, but never replies. Sooo i guess it COULD be him; i don't see any particular reason why he wouldn't open a myspace account - i can see that it might be the sort of thing he'd do to make connections with people without having to go out in public and get hassled, which we know he hates; you know, i can understand the part on the page where 'he' said that he was doing it to meet his fans etc; that somehow seems very Take - interested and embracing of people. On the other hand, my lil' sis - who is a dab hand at all this kinda stuff, is sceptical [beyond her years  ] and tells me that alot of stars seem to have their own myspace.com pages..but they're obviously fakes. Truth is, i don't know. But i hope it's really him!  EA x |

All I did was type in "takeshi Kaneshiro" Anyway, if that really is him then that is awesome. However, that page could have been made by a really obsessed fan who wants to be "Takeshi". |

I mean, he used to write reguarly in an online diary Which was translated into English from Japanese (I think he wrote his diary in Japanese but I know that it was translated into English.) It's not him. His English isn't 100%. He'd have to sit down and slowly type his thoughts and he'd have spelling errors (nothing wrong with that.) Is someone pretending to be him? Yes. Is any harm being done? No. I pretend to be someone else (Carlos Oliveira) BUT in good fun. |
