Anyone out there whose good at troubleshooting computers? Have a friend who appears to have a hacker hacked into her system and thus far, Microsoft and Earthlink have been no help. She's reformatted her system twice and the bugger is still accessing stuff on her computer. Is there anything she can do in fixing her computer other than taking it out to the parking lot and shooting it?
