Anyone else like this guy? I think he's pretty wicked, Ong Bak was really good and he has this new movie coming called The Protector. He does Muay Thai which is a pretty brutal fighting style, its fun to watch him go, www.youtube.com/watch?v=_PMF8ODhxcc Its cool just to see someone do a movie without using wire work and all that other junk, its just kind of refreshing. |

hm....well, I guess I'll just update my lonely thread, lol. I just saw the Protector last night and it was freakin' ace. The action was wicked, a lot more than there was in Ong Bak. Comparing the two, I think Protector is more about the action and fight sequences than anything else. Definitely worth seeing if you like a lot of action in your movies.
I've been hearing that it's made about $5 mil or so this weekend, if its true, thats a hell of a lot more than they originally estimated.

I haven't seen The Protector yet. A lot of people have said they liked it though. As someone told me, Tony Jaa does it for real! ;D The movie does look cool. When I get a chance, I'll watch it.
