My name is Mercedes and I have been visiting this site for several months now but have been too shy to make many comments. I really enjoy everything that everyone contributes. The work that the Webmaster has done is fantastic!
I live in Vermont, USA back in the woods with solar panels for electricity and wood for heat.
I first saw TK in House of Flying Daggers and was amazed. My area only had one of his films, Chungking Express. TK can be credited with getting me to purchse a DVD player so I could get movies at home from netflix and ehit. I also found some at pokerindustries.com.

My favorite TK movie is Tempting Heart. TK really showed how it feels to be a teenager in love. My favorite drama is Golden Bowl. I have watched it several times and TK is very funny. It has a lot of witty dialogue.

Lol. I posted my initro in another area of this forum and I got lost because Im still new so I don't know where I put it. Under zaza's 'hello' post I think.

Anyway, to be official here:

My online nickname is ThatOneChick. I don't have any others really.

I found out about Club TK through a google image search of TK. I clicked on a photo and this website came up so I checked it out. Glad I did.

I am the type of fan who reads more than anything and am very interested in seeing all of his work. I kind of stay in the background, though for a while i'm sure i'll be posting a lot as I'm still new and have plenty to share.

My fave TK movie: Sheet that's hard.....gosh......um, it's a tie between Sleepless Town and Returner and HOFD....but I haven't seen all of them yet so that could change.

I've only seen Golden Bowl so that's my fave.

One word to describe the man? Enigma.

I'm not that interesting! Ha! Actually, I like a lot of different things and am very well-rounded. I can be artistically creative and analytical and technical minded at the same time. I believe in anything global or world-view.....i dunno, is that interesting?

I'm just glad I found this forum. IT's great to be able to chat with fellow TK fans. I notice that some of the dates on the posts aren't really recent so I'm hoping that that changes.....

Anyhow...it's nice to meet everyone.
