I'm such a huge admirer/super fan of Takeshi, but being in the US, there's very little chance our paths will ever cross. This makes me incredibly sad, and I have said some prayers in the hope that by some miraculous divine intervention, I will one day get the chance to meet my one and only screen crush, no matter when or how, and regardless of his age. That said, I was wondering if anyone on this forum has actually ever met him, and if so, what was your personal encounter like with him?
He seems like a delightful person, full of poise, who is proper and polite, but also has a charmingly down-to-earth way about him, which gives off a vibe of your "everyday man", despite being one of THE most gorgeous and talented people around. Ugh, I swoon just thinking about him (no offense to my husband, whom I love to pieces), haha. Anyhow, I would love to live vicariously through some of you who may have been fortunate enough to have had a special chance encounter with our favorite Taiwanese-Japanese heartthrob, or know of friends or family that have met him and can share their story.
By the way, I have really enjoyed this website/forum, since my appreciation for Take only began in 2019, this has been such a valuable resource because the articles are translated in English, even his diary entries were translated (amazing, thank you), and a lot of the discussions I have read within the forum have been pretty intelligent and respectful. Bravo to all my fellow TK fans.

PS - I'm patiently waiting to hear some news about his next movie currently in post-production, Juno Mak's "Sons of the Neon Night", and can't wait to see Takeshi in a movie again, but until then, the forum has been silent for a long time, so I hope this post will gain some traction.
