Well.... i'd hate to ask this... but in the movies Takeshi has done, which ones have good love scenes? I mean, not porno or anything, but the two that I have seen the romance is so dulled I have had a hard time believing the love they have for each other. I guess my question is, which ones have good romance? Dear malena, please watch 'Tempting Heart'

This movie is clean. I meant that there is no sex, gun,and..... I even invited my two teen kids to watch with me. Really, it reminds you the first love....

Thank God!! I thought it was just me. I just found the 2nd part so frustrating to watch. I suppose that's the whole point of the movie, but you've gotta throw the audience a freakin' bone every once and a while. I mean, at one point they're a foot apart from each other on separate gurneys and they still didn't connect. Come on!

Hi Tatiana - Cool that you ordered TLTR and I'm curious - which others did you select? Yesterday I worked on a posting with my thoughts about TLTR and I was going to town on it and then I lost it - my ISP lost connection with the server. I was so fed up, that I just gave up on rewriting it, but now I'll just wait for you and then we can talk about it. Funny how things work out isn't it. Take care.

Hi Tatiana - Congrats back at cha! You got two too! ::)I was very excited to get my 2nd monster. Good choices on your order. I still haven't seen First Love: Litter on the Breeze or Too Tired to Die yet - were they good and do you recommend them? I'm going to get Lost & Found on the 21st from Best Buy. The films I have are HOFD, Sleepless Town, Returner, Tempting Heart, Lavender, Anna Magdalena, The Odd One Dies, Turn Left, Turn Right, and Hero. You know I didn't really like Chungking Express or Fallen Angels. I actually liked Tony Leung's role better than TK's in CE. TK's character in both were just too weird and unflattering for my taste. I know alot of people love these films, but not me. Anyway - take care and don't work too hard. Talk to you later.

Here's my 2 cents on Turn Left, Turn Right: I liked this movie. I'm a believer that if something is meant to happen it always will. Yes, the Doctor and Delivery Girl's roles were over the top, but being the antagonists of this story we are not supposed to like them. They are annoying, unpleasant, obnoxious and have bad karma by selfishly and purposely not helping Eve & John get together, even when seeing how love sick they were and ill they made themselves. The delivery girl figured it out right away and later made a blood pact with the doctor not to help them. When they did give out the right numbers it was in an underhanded way. Anyway destiny will be fulfilled even if it takes an act of God or Mother Nature! What do you guys think??

Anyway destiny will be fulfilled even if it takes an act of God or Mother Nature! What do you guys think?? yes, the doctor and the delivery girl were annoying! But, they were not the main problem for me in the film. It was John and Eve! Yes, it was very cute as far as how they met, exchanged the numbers and lost them. But, all that happened in the first half hour! I know about "if it's meant to be" theory ... but these two are totally oblivious to their surroundings! I am NOT a very observant person, but these two take the cakes!!! It was just so...... frustrating to see their many, many near misses. "Lost and Found" is one of his better film and I enjoyed it very much. And, I just saw "Forever Friends" and "First Love the litter on the breeze." 'Forever Friends" - truly a forgetable movie and TK's voice was very poorly dubbed. I fell asleep watching it for three nights in a row and had to forced myself to finish it. "First Love the litter on the breeze" - TK's character of the garbage collector was cute! I don't want to give too much away since Tatiana is getting the dvd soon. But... the director used hand held, jerky mehod to shoot this film. And, also, the narrator spoke too fast and the subtitles were not posted long enough for me to finish reading. Or maybe I'm just a really slow reader. But, between the jerky scenes and fast readings, the two reasons I finished the dvd was 'cause of my dedication to TK and Keren Mok's acting.

Still haven't gotten my DVD shipment so I don't have any new TK comments- just wanted to say hello. I liked your comments. I liked CE, but more for the actors Faye Wang and Tony Leung. Don't get me wrong, TK was cute and you maybe get a glimpse of what potential TK has as a really great actor, but the second half of the movie was more interesting to me. I thought Faye played a great role. Fallen Angels was good-I agree with you in that TK played a quirky role that does demonstrate his great acting abilities, but I prefer him in his later movies like HOFD. Have a great weekend WG!!!!
