According to Time Asia, TK's longtime manager is Eva Yao. Here's the link: www.time.com/time/asia/magazine/article/0,13673,501031006-490735,00.html She sounds like she's older than TK. And if they really do have a relationship, that means he likes older women!! I just like him more and more all the time. I wonder what kind of woman appeals to him ... hmm. Any guesses? (I really should start a new thread for these things.)

TK does like older women!! You didn't know that?! Almost everyone of his ex-girlfriends were older than him (even his first girlfriend I think)

Almost everyone of his ex-girlfriends were older than him (even his first girlfriend I think) Well, there's been so many rumors about who he dates & everything, & some of these women are Japanese actresses that I've never seen ... & I tend to believe it when I see it. I just want him to come out & admit to having someone as a love interest. Don't know why I'm so curious about that - I'm sure I would compare well to her! LOL Why don't Asian stars appear publicly with their significant others? What's the big taboo? Don't they like having thousands of cameras in their faces when they're trying to be romantic? (Mrs_Jingles, I'm with you, 36 & in love with a 31 year old ... oh, the drama.)

This was the third TK movie I watched last night. I liked this one too. What's not to like - Takeshi Kaneshiro was in it!!!! Takeshi definitely had a different look in this one and I hated seeing him get beat up so much. This one had me laughing at the finger scenes though - the first time had me cringe and then laughing when there was no ice, the second one had me laughing: "Oh no - not again and the other hand!" The third time the guy grabbed the knife and his guys just ran for ice before anything even happened was hilarious. Again, TK's character was sentimental and galant with his lady love by switching the contents of the envelope. The end had me on the edge of my seat and anxious with the girl to know what happened.

I agree with Windygirl, it was hard to watch TK get beat up! I, too, liked this movie. I pretty much did the same thing WG, bought a bunch of TK movies and then sat down and watched them all!!( I have no restraint when it comes to TK!) TOOD is kinda gritty, but maybe this makes it more interesting. I like the fact that TK can play many different characters- it makes him more interesting...
P.S. It would be great if TK likes older women- yah!!!

As an actor, I can image TK really enjoyed making this movie. Definitely one of those times when they weren't cashing in on his good looks...well at least not until he got cleaned up! TK's strong suit has always been the diversity of roles he's taken on. He'll be the first to play down his talent and ability, but he doesn't seem to shy away from a challenge. I'm waiting to see him play a really, really bad-to-the-bone tough guy! "Sleepless Town" doesn't count since his character had too many redeeming qualities. Yeah, I've heard reports that TK tends to like women on the mature side. I'm only 2-1/2 years older than him, but I'd milk it for every day it's worth! ;D
