Hey Windysgirl, you should try this to your DVD player too. Just go to this website and type in your specific DVD player and the instructions come right up.

I love my dvd player now since it's region free and I can watch anything............but the irony is that my girlfriend got my remote all wet and now i can't access the subtitle menu to watch TK's movies

Oh Tatiana - I just ordered the movies last week - one on Thursday and one on Friday - haven't received them yet. I will let you know though as soon as I can. Enjoy the good weather and the rest of the weekend.

Hey Tatiana and Samanosuke - I was only able to get the code for one of my dvd players and I think I successfully changed it. So guess what I did? I just ordered a region 3 dvd of "Space Travelers" to see if it worked. I still haven't even received the vcd yet. Keep your fingers crossed for me that I'll be able to view the dvd - If I am, then a whole new dvd viewing world has opened up for me!

I didn't get a universal remote because they don't have all the features that my original dvd remote has. I could order a replacement remote online for $20 but I'd rather spend that $20 on more dvds (I have a dvd addiction).......but then again without a remote I can't watch movies. Hmmm what to do, what to do?

Samanosuke- you MUST get a remote ( god, I wouldn't have been able to get thru" First Love: litter on the breeze" without it!!)There will always be DVDs out there that you want, but you have to have the proper viewing tools.. now march out there and buy a remote!! I worry for your watching pleasure.
