Who would Takeshi date and who should he date?

Hmm, you had me thinking Swellboy, Nicole Kidman would make a good-looking guy!

How about TK & Natalie Portman? I saw "Closer" recently & I thought she was the best thing about that movie. It was full of nasty language (but not funny-like we have here on the forum) & mean, ugly intentions. Natalie strikes me as very precocious ... think TK would get a kick out of that.

Ok, excuse me for getting weird here, but astrologically, TK is born in the year of the Ox and has the western astrological sign of Libra (air). Natalie is born in the year of the Rooster (goes well with Ox) and has the western astrological sign of Gemini (also air). They match astrologically, & she cute & petite - perfect for TK. (Natalie's not as cute as me, of course, but probably cuter than MissCarlos. LOL, J/K MissCarlos, I'm your biggest fan!)

Its very strange, dont know how to express this, a weird feeling towards TK......Well anyway, i think he should date someone kind, caring, mature, beautiful but most important intelligent with inner beauty. So he can talk with her about things in Buddhism and philosophy, someone with a wide spectrum view on all things. Someone who is warm and a family person, will take care of him and stand by him no matter what, a person accepts who he really is and understand his needs. He will also respect and admire this person, of course he loves her too.
While he plays his video games she would make him his favourite food and snacks for him, maybe watch or join in the game with him. But she would warn him not to play too much, too much of anything is bad, like his bad habit of smoking. She is a independent woman, she would tell him off for his own good because she loves him and he would listen (maybe just a little). I think he needs someone telling him sometimes.
I feel that he is somehow troubled deep down, like theres a knot somewhere to be unknot, maybe this person can unknot it. He seems to have everything but there is something missing in his life.

Hope he finally be free and find inner peace.

I am that woman you described. ;-) Seriously, I agree with you. There is something missing in his life, maybe that's the reason he always is playing games. But, a woman can't help him to unknot his issues. He must do It first, so he will be able to be in a good relationship. He could do therapy, or be more involved in Buddhism. But, It's something he, and only he, can do! Because we can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
Looking from another point of view, a woman could make him search for this "help".
In fact, I will stop being the therapist... I'll save It for my work.
But, Takeshi, I am here, okay?

Jannie, I agree, and I bet he would if he met a girl (of any color) that interested him. No, I don't know him, but I give him the benefit of the doubt that he is open minded about such things.

I totally agree that coupling him with a person of color would be a great match! Whether it's true or not, I view TK as a "world citizen" and could absolutely see him dating someone--black, indian, latin, mixed, whatever--who is just as exotic as he is. Someone mature, who has a certain strong but graceful "presence." Hmmm...what celebrity could I use as an example? I'll have to think about that one...The Thandie Newton suggestion was a good one!

In interviews he seems to have referenced the fact that he really doesn't feel like he completely "belongs" to any one country, and having some similar feelings when it comes to belonging to certain a certain "group," I think that having that sort of outlook really opens you up to all the wonderful possibilities that are out there!

I love Takeshi's height and I hope he finds someone who's tall -- i would like to see his kids grow taller than him (pass on his good genes) --- i would also prefer (this is just my opinion) that his kids would have that asian look (like their dad) --- so nicole kidman is out (lol)

I think he would pick a partner that fate would bring to him no matter what characteristics or qualities we think she may or should possess. I know that isn't much fun but it's what I think considering he's into the 'fate' thing.....

Though I do think a lot of the opinions and views expressed here are true in what type of woman he would be good with...... I think he's just waiting for fate to bring her his way....or vice versa.

Referring to your Reply No.4 above, you mentioned "too deep, dark & mysterious" (paragraph 8. line 2) when you referred to a person's character traits.
