hey!...i've been trying to figure out what the name of that song is too... i even asked my parents, they don't remember either... its definately not called every night, cause that's a completely different song altogether. maybe it is called uh-huh *sigh* its a shame its not one of his famous songs, otherwise this would be so much easier! grawr!

well i did a thorough search on amazon and i did find a paul anka song titled "Uh-huh" but it didn't have a sound clip to it since the album was an import!  Grrrr..... Ack, this is driving me nuts! Hmmm, maybe I could call an oldies radio station and they might know..... |

I didn't want to look through the other pages on this thread because I thought there would be spoilers and I just watched a first episode of Golden Bowl today on You Tube. Anyways I got the gist of it, even though there were no subtitles to help. They played, "You Are My Destiny" when Akutagawa made the strike, I thought that was pretty funny. I don't know who's who in the show, most of it was just guessing and what was going on. One thing's for sure, Akutagawa hits those last three pins and high fives Hitomi. Crowd cheered and the owner of the bowling alley was happy. Yeah something like that.

I think I might buy it too. The episodes aren't as long as I thought they'd be, but I all ready like the story. Close ups of Takeshi are great too. ;D I watched episode 2 and 3 last night. They play a lot of Paul Anka, don't they? I was also wondering, do you know how many total episodes are there? |

Lily, yes the songs played on Golden Bowl are all by Paul Anka. As far as how many eps in the series, it's 11.
