Our private life is PERSONAL. Whomever leaked that info will be.. I.. don't.. know.. (I got nothing) I agree, though. He could already be in a commited relationship.  |

Oh yes, did speak to him, but very limited though. Somehow, Takeshi and me dun click 100% at once, but he was nice to sign tons of autographs for me. I thought I had ridiculous requests but Takeshi signed them all.

I am glad someone, who actually met him and knew him, had something good and factual to say about him. A lot of times rumors can be so hurtful, and I don't like having to listen to such comments about Takeshi. As a TK fan, I refrain from commentng much on things I know little about and simply continue to support this talented and beautiful man.  |

Alright y'all, it's about time for me to step in and explain what is an Asian "gigalo club" since this discussion has been going on and on without knowing exactly what the "gigalo club" is all about!
It's not exactly a "male strip club", the guys don't strip for you. You get good-looking guys to sit with you (either in a private room or out in the main room with other guests) to sing kareoke, drink, chat... they could also dance for you or do anything to make you (the customer) happy. Of course, the guys will act "extremely friendly" and "submissive" around you... Are these "gigalo clubs" visited by those who go there just for fun? Just to try something new & different? Because in the U.S., I know people (men, women, gay, straight, whatever) who go to "gay bars" 'cause they're fun, the music's good, the entertainment's hilarious - they go to experience something new & different, sometimes it's not about the s*xual thing. Is it like this for the "gigalo clubs"? Does anyone know? Thanks. |

The most well-publicised one was in the early 90s during the earlier part of his career, with a really stunning beauty by the name of Judy Lin Ye-Ting. Judy was a singer in Taiwan but also doubled-up as an image consultant to many celebrities. She has 2 cd albums to her name. yet her name doesn't exist on the internet. hmmmmmm, odd. don't you think? Your search - "Judy Lin Ye-Ting" - did not match any documents. Suggestions: - Make sure all words are spelled correctly. - Try different keywords. - Try more general keywords. thus spake Google.... |

Obviously, u are not yet a full Takeshi fan. now you MUST be trying to make me laugh. moreover, i don't need to read any articles about judy lin in chinese characters. my point is, you stated that she was famous and had CDs, yet even a google search doesn't not produce any results. i do find that odd. |

If someone doesn't speak an Asian language, isn't able to read the script in order to research information on an Asian actor or isn't familiar with other search engines, they are country bumpkins? I think your tone and comment is way out of line here. Not to mention insulting. There are many of us on the forum who may not be able to speak Chinese or Japanese but have facility in other languages such as French, Spanish, Tagalog, Italian, German, Russian etc. |

This is a forum where various people from all walks of life, race, and religion express themselves in a civilized manner. Needless to say--we all love Takeshi, and granted--some of us are not as well-informed about him as the others here due to some reason or another. We thought that you--having met him (so you said) could shed some more insight into the sort of person that he is. But--pls. do not resort to any name-calling--no matter whether it's flagrant or not--especially when the question being asked by a member is valid. We know there are many search engines out there and 'Google' is a very reliable one. So--his rumored ex-girlfriend's name didn't pop up in any site from this search engine--what's the big deal in asking you about it? You give us a link to 2 Chinese sites--where you know it will be literally impossible to understand, unless one speaks or understands the language. Then you come up with the name-calling---tsk! tsk! Sad to say--what you did doesn't speak very well of you. To top it all--based on your comment--does this mean that not knowing Chinese makes us language deficient? Are you a linguist, by any chance?? And, even if you are, your arrogant snotty attitude is uncalled for. |

I hear your frustration here. I see how hard you are trying to prove (or show) that Takeshi is straight--but you are being met with somewhat disbelief.
On this site, for some reason, there is a virulent need to discuss Takeshi's sexual orientation (look at how many replies there are on this "gigolo" thread.)
Don't waste your time trying to convince anyone. There ARE some other really great English-based websites that DO NOT have actual threads on whetherTakeshi is gay or not.
Come to those--you will find yourself gettting what fan-sites should have: no rumor-mongering, but instead a wonderful space within which to discuss Takeshi as an artist. As a fan you shouldn't even be HAVING this discussion.
